At COOLERSbyU™we accept all Major credit cards, Paypal, and Amazon Pay. If you are using a prepaid gift card, please check out with Paypal. 

Returns Policy

Sorry, We currently do not accept returns at this time.

However, if you receive a damaged good please send us your order number and pictures of the item via email to support@coolersbyu.com within 2 days of receiving your package.

  • If the damage is due to a faulty product we would gladly send you a new item.
  • If it was damaged during shipment, please file a claim with the postal company your order was shipped with Here. If you need help filing a claim feel free to email us. Thank you.


Shipping

We currently only ship to addresses located inside the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes.
 

We are not responsible for addresses being entered incorrectly into our system. It is the buyers responsibility to provide a complete and correct address for shipment. The buyer is responsible to check their order confirmation for accuracy and notify us immediately if there is an issue. If your order has been processed or shipped already we can not modify your address.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery date for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. We do not guarantee any of the estimated dates and are not responsible if your shipment is delayed. We can not offer refunds for any shipments that arrive late or outside the estimated time frame. All orders are shipped by end of next business day if not sooner. We currently provide the following shipping options:

1-4 Business Day Delivery-  To the continental USA provided by UPS; This does include weekends or holidays

Flat Rate (3-5 Day) - To the continental USA provided by UPS; This does include weekends or holidays

USPS Flat Rate Mail - Small Packages Only

Freight - **Available for group orders only**. Contact Support@coolersbyu.com to arrange.

Tracking numbers are sent within 24 hours of the item being picked up by the carrier. Please be aware the tracking number may show as Invalid/awaiting pickup for up to 24 hours after it has left our facility.

Once an Item has been marked awaiting shipment or shipped we can not change the delivery address of the shipment. 

If an item is Lost/Missing Please file a claim directly with the Postal Service Here or UPS Here.

Our customer service team is unable to provide a shipping refund for delayed services or missing mail. These claims must be filed directly with the postal service Here or UPS Here.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based and size based. Our coolers weigh 8.2 pounds and are 18" x 14" x 13". To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the dimension weight for the package. We do everything we can to keep our shipping costs as low as possible and pass that savings along to you. The shipping rate you are quoted is the same rate we will have to pay to ship your item
